Janesville residents arrested on heroin, cocaine charges
JANESVILLE Two Janesville residents were arrested Monday on drug-dealing charges.
Clarence L. Moore, 32, and Mushara L. Henry, 21, both of 1407 Canyon Drive, No. 10, were arrested after police searched their home at 7:55 p.m., according to a Janesville Police Department news release.
Police seized 1.4 grams of heroin, 1.4 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, $842 in cash and a .357-caliber pistol, according to the news release.
The arrests occurred after months of investigation into heroin and cocaine distribution in the area, according to the news release.
The investigation began after a nonfatal heroin overdose was reported in the summer, police said.
Moore was arrested on charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, identity theft, maintaining a drug house, delivery of heroin, second-degree reckless injury and delivery of cocaine.
Henry was arrested on charges of party to delivery of heroin, party to delivery of cocaine and maintaining a drug house.

WOW you really cant come up with anything better so you post the same thing to both stories where I asked you why?? Hmmm but I need to get a clue??
No I didn't come looking for you I was reading stories as I have not been able to during my time off for thanksgiving.
Childish?? Am I the one here name calling like a 10 year old. Oh wait I'm sorry my 10 year old nephew doesn't even do that.
And for the record since I own my own house, car and business have a stable house to raise my kids - yes my parents are proud. And yes I am still on facebook. My married life is amazing thanks for asking though.
Your posts are making me sorry I ever defended you to anyone on this sight.

If you read what i type I'll call people like these two in the story potheads, morons and anyother name they have earned. I know the war on drugs will never be won but if you think doing nothing is the answer you really need to put your joint down once in awhile, keep putting the scum in jail. There is NO way that the war on drugs will EVER stop!! As stated before it creates too many other jobs for all of us and in reality it is just too big of a problem. We will never live in this perfect little world where nothing happens like everyone wants to. Just a question? If there were no problems or crime what would all the people that post 20 times a day on here doo with all their free time??

justaguy: i dont recall saying i dont throw out insults. ive been knows to call a fool a fool, the difference is i wait until the fool proves as much, and you START by calling us 'dopeheads, morons, clueless'. you never answered my question, what would you suggest we do to curb this drug problem, especially the problem we have with heroin?? its seriously waaay cheaper and more available than when the war on drugs started. do you have any ideas to try an reduce that?? because whether you want to agree or not, drug de-crminilazation IS a way to potentially reduce the number of drugs getting into the hands of our youth.
you think with drugs legal people will still rob houses and steal to support a habbit. i agree it will still happen, but not the extent of what it is now. i mean it still happens for alcohol and alcohol is legal, one can only assume it would happen for legal drugs, especially the harder drugs that will never be legal. those drugs would be de-criminalized and there will still be a black market on them. my pot however, why would someone rob and steal when they could just throw a couple seeds in the ground??
as for me to keep wishin on legal pot...i will continue to wish thank you very much, but the REALITY is that more and more states are passing medical marijuana laws. ca went from medical marijuana in 96 to discussing LEGAL pot in 2009. gallup polls show about 44% of america supports legal pot. its not that far away whether you agree or not, the facts are facts and its a movement little ol justaguy isnt gonna stop...

What about the drug heads that still couldn't afford legal drugs? they'd stop stealing? wouldn't rob you anymore? Did you even think before you typed that crap? You also said "Drug addicts just want their fix and be left alone to do it." What about before they do their fix and they don't have their own money to buy the fix? We all have varying degrees on whether or not to privatize the fight against drugs. To each his/her own reasons.
What is just as important, if not more (depending on your views), is placing sexual predators on these digital billboards.
Druggies and gangs tend to commit violence against one another. A sexual predator commits crimes against the general public... what privacy does a sexual predator have when they commit such a crime against a person-elderly, children, vulnerable people, and/or the general public?

freeradical: You really think a scum bag wouldn't turn on a fellow dope head to get less time? I know for a fact that it happens, did right where I work. The rat didn't get time but the guy he ratted on got 5 years, and the one who did the ratting was close enough to a school so it jacked up what he was facing so he was more than happy to rat out someone bigger than him, he sang like a bird. He had 5 kids none being over maybe 12, he'd hide a knife in most rooms incase his house might get broke into, i'm sure he was worried about the druggies he sold to might try something, couldn't tell you if he had a gun none the less not a safe place for kids. You really need to rethink your logic, most would rat out their own mother to stay out of jail.

As far as these guys "singing" or "rolling" on their dealer-they got caught with a gun being very small time. If they get a deal, their guy goes in, they get out, and now they have people wanting to beat/shoot them dead or close to it. Remember the Chicago beating that happened recently? No one talked but there were countless witnesses. With that as a recent example of the "dont tell cops anything, even about your enemies" rule, what do you really think they'd say?

exactly Thekid and Kman. Justaguy the war on drugs is the biggest government rip off since the beginning of time. everyone whines about all the money wasted at war overseas, what about the billions spent every week on a losing war? there are more drugs on the street than ever before.
no one wants drugs off the streets, they need the money. where are all the famous conspiracy theorists on this subject? micheal moore needs to do a movie about the war on drugs.
I say legalize drugs, and prostitution. Aids cases will go down, std's will go down, drug use will go down, money going to gangsters and terrorists will no longer be so substantial, billions would be spared usable for other things we NEED.
If we leave it all illegal, will the use of, or occurances of these things go down?
it will only get bigger, because the government runs the war. government ALWAYS gets bigger. hire a private firm to eradicate heroine and cocaine from the streets of America. it would work like a charm.
