-- A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 7:10 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North High Street, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of recklessly endangering safety and obstructing an officer.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- RYAN M. LINK, 18, of 162 S. High St., Janesville, at 2:01 a.m. Saturday at Laurel Avenue and Madison Street, Janesville. Also ticketed for reckless driving and knowingly operating while suspended causing property damage. Link is accused of driving into a utility pole. He was transported to a local hospital, but his condition Saturday was unavailable.
