- REGINALD T. COLE, 41, of 222 N. Franklin St., No. 204, Janesville, at 5:10 p.m. Thursday at Green Forest Run and Morningside Drive, Janesville, on four charges of delivery of cocaine.
- BIANCA L. MCLAUGHLIN, 22, of 107 Red Apple Drive, Janesville, at 1:42 p.m. Thursday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of substantial battery. She is accused of striking a 47-year-old woman she knows in the face Nov. 5. The woman suffered a broken bone in her face.
