The Janesville Salvation Army is going high tech this year by teaming up with a local retailer to offer an online Angel Giving Tree.

Salvation Army Captain Kirk Schuetz says J.C. Penny is helping customers adopt and shop online for Angels at www.jcp.com/angel. Schuetz says the Janesville Salvation Army is also looking for volunteers to ring bells at Red Kettle fund raising sites.

He says if you can’t do that, you can always sign up at www.janesvillesa.org to host a virtual Red Kettle site from your home or office.
