Accidents

-- 300 BLOCK OF SOUTH HIGH STREET, JANESVILLE, at 7:58 p.m. Saturday. Timothy J. Felton, 60, of 1629 W. Avalon Road, Janesville, told police he swerved his motorcycle to avoid hitting an oncoming car that had swerved into his lane of traffic. The motorcycle went down in a yard and Felton was thrown. He was reported in fair condition Sunday night at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. He was arrested on a charge of intoxicated driving, third offense.

-- BURGLARY reported at 6:08 p.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of East Racine Street, Janesville. Two video game consoles and controllers worth $570 were reported stolen.


-- BURGLARY reported at 7:36 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Monroe Street, Janesville. Prescription medicine worth $54 and $600 in cash were reported stolen.

-- LEO F. LICHTFUSS, 59, of 302 Country View Court, Janesville, charges of felony domestic false imprisonment and felony domestic strangulation and suffocation amended to misdemeanor domestic battery and two counts of domestic disorderly conduct, 24 months probation, $540.


-- KRISTINA L. HANAMAN, 43, of 200 Highway 14, Janesville, charges of two counts of party to delivery of illegal articles to inmates both dismissed.


-- RAY E. GROSS, 46, of 809 Blaine Ave., Janesville, felony operating while intoxicated sixth violation, 18 months in prison with credit, 18 months extended supervision, three years driver's license revocation, three years ignition interlock, $1,256. Charges of felony operating with prohibited blood-alcohol concentration sixth violation and operating while revoked both dismissed but read into court record.


-- LISA J. CHURCHILL, 45, of 336 N. Washington St., Janesville, resisting, five days in jail, $87. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed but read into court record.


-- BENJAMIN P. BURHANS, 27, of 258 S. Jackson St., No. 3, Janesville, misdemeanor battery, 10 days in jail with Huber privileges, $80.


-- MARK R. ANDERSON, 40, of 401 W. Second Ave., Brodhead, felony operating while intoxicated fifth violation, felony operating while intoxicated sixth violation, two years in prison with credit, two years extended supervision, two years driver's license revocation, $1,758. Charge of felony operating with prohibited blood-alcohol concentration fifth violation and operating while revoked second violation both dismissed but read into court record.
