Arrests
-- MELINDA A. CONDON, 20, of 2510 Mount Vernon Ave., Janesville, and KYLE R. WINTER, 20, of 112 Wallace Way, Milton, at 5:10 p.m. Thursday near 6411 N. Lima Center Road in Lima Township on charges of underage drinking and endangering safety by reckless use of a weapon. The two were arrested while target shooting in the woods north of N. Lima Center Road, according to police reports.
-- BROCK J. MESSNER, 17, of 1133 Boyton Court, Janesville, at 12:45 a.m. Monday at 401 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, on charges of criminal damage to property, physical abuse of a child and burglary. The victim was a 15-year-old acquaintance.
-- LARRY M. SMITH, 21, of 403 Rockport Road, Janesville, at 6 p.m. Monday at McKinley and Academy, Janesville, on a charge of delivery of counterfeit substance that he tried to pass off as cocaine.
-- CODY S. MADRIAGA, 16, of 510 Stafford Road, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on Monday at 401 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, on charges of burglary and obstructing.
-- JOSHUA M. PIPPENGER, 23, of 1319 Maple Ave., Janesville, at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday on charges of party to felony battery and party to robbery. Pippenger was charged in relation to a May 1 incident in the 400 block of North Washington Street, Janesville. Police still are searching for another suspect.

-- CHRISTOPHER J. WAGNER, 21, of 215 N. Grant Ave., Janesville, was cited at 8:50 p.m. Saturday on Highway 14 west of Emerald Grove Road in Bradford Township for transporting a child in the cargo area of a vehicle. A 15-year-old Bradford Township boy was riding on a load of wood in the back of a pickup truck. Some of the load tumbled out of the truck, causing the teen to fall. The teen was reported as transported via ambulance to a local hospital, but his condition was unavailable.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- TIMOTHY E. KNOX, 30, of 409 Ellendale Road, Edgerton, at 2:13 a.m. Thursday on Highway 59 west of Sherman Road in Fulton Township. The arrest was listed as Knox's third on a drunken driving charge.
-- RYAN D. WHITE, 33, of 3922 W. Eau Claire Road, Janesville, at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday on County D near Cemetery Road in Rock Township.
-- BEATRIZ RODRIGUEZ MERELES, 22, of 1712 Tremont Drive, Beloit, at 7:03 p.m. Saturday on Highway 26 north of Bingham Road in Harmony Township. Rodriguez Mereles was also cited for operating without a valid license and speeding.
-- TROY R. HINKEL, 22, of 10 1/2 E. Main St., No. 2, Evansville, at 1:04 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Weary Road and North Weary Road in Center Township.
-- TAMMY L. GORSUCH, 45, of 1005 Black Bridge Road, Janesville, at 8:10 p.m. Thursday on Highway 51 north of Happy Hollow Road in Rock Township. The arrest was listed as Gorsuch's fourth on a drunken driving charge.
-- ASHLEY A. MCKILLIPS, 23, of 3523 Stuart St., No. 6, Janesville, at 1:01 a.m. Monday at Milwaukee Street and Morningside Drive, Janesville.
-- BRIAN J. CONAWAY, 41, of W7955 W. Creek Road No. 720, Delavan, at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday at Center Avenue and Holmes Street, Janesville. The arrest was listed as Conaway's third on a drunken driving charge. Conaway was also arrested on charges of parole violation and receiving stolen property.
-- AMARIO PETTIS, 43, of 510 Rockport Road, Janesville, at 1:26 a.m. Tuesday at Racine and Main streets, Janesville.
Accidents
-- HAPPY HOLLOW ROAD AND DRIFTWOOD DRIVE A 6-year-old child was injured after striking the side of a Chevrolet Suburban while riding a bicycle at 7:21 p.m. Saturday in Rock Township. Jessica T. Dimas, 38, of 5322 Madison Street, Afton, was driving west on Happy Hollow Road as the child rode south down the hill on Driftwood. Dimas swerved to miss the child, but the child struck the passenger side of the van. No citations were issued.
-- PARKER DRIVE AND GLEN STREET, JANESVILLE, at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday. A van driven by Bradley R. Albrecht, 36, of 4707 Twelve Oaks Drive, Milton, struck a car driven by Martha Velasco-Arellano, 28, of 2629 N. Pontiac Drive No. 6, Janesville, after the car turned left in front of the van. Velasco-Arellano was reported transported but her condition was unavailable Wednesday night. She was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way and driving without a valid license.
-- WUTHERING HILLS DRIVE AND BRISTOL DRIVE, JANESVILLE at 4:59 p.m. Tuesday. An SUV driven by Penny C. Woodford, 59, of 405 Rockshire Drive, Janesville, swerved to avoid hitting a parked car. The SUV crossed the centerline and went into the ditch. Woodford was trying to get something out of her purse before she saw the parked car, the police report says. Woodford was reported transported but her condition was unavailable Wednesday night. She was cited for inattentive driving.
-- COUNTY K IN PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP at 11:17 p.m. Sunday. A fertilizer spill just south of Highway 213. The nitrogen was transferred onto a separate trailer and the scene was cleaned. Orfordville Fire Department, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Rock County Sheriff's Office responded.
