"Hire a Neighbor" is a program intended to match workers with employers within 100 miles of Janesville.

Southwest Wiscosnin Workforce Development Board Director Bob Booremans says job seekers simply need to post their resumes on Monster.com. Booremans says with the help of Monster.com, prospective employers need simply contact the SWWDB for a free list of qualified candidates.

Booremans suggests this will not only help workers, but might make the area more attractive to new businesses looking for a readily available workforce.
