- MATTHEW S. RAUSCH, 24, and COLLEEN G. RAUSCH, 24, both of 601 Chestnut St., Janesville, at 1 a.m. Saturday at home on charges of neglecting a child. The charges are connected to an incident Friday in which the Rausches allegedly left three children younger than 5 home alone and went bowling.
