- PAUL A. JAWORSKI, 22, of 2808 N. Wright Road, Janesville, at 2:01 a.m. Friday at Milwaukee Street and Atwood Avenue, Janesville.
- SARAH E. HULBURT, 33, of 710 Campus St., No. 12, Milton, at 12:31 a.m. Friday at Highway 26 south of Bingham Road, Harmony Township. Also ticketed for nonregistration.
Charged
- STANLEY A. FRAZIER, 29, of 212 Moore St., Beloit, charged with interfering with child custody, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, bail jumping and misdemeanor battery. The charges relate to an incident on Tuesday when Frazier allegedly pushed a woman out of a car and took the car with the child in it without permission.
