Some state representatives plan to take an unpaid furlough to help with the state budget deficit according to State Assembly Speaker Mike Sheridan of Janesville.
Sheridan tells WCLO's Stan Milam show it's only fair after the governor's announcement that other state workers would be expected to take time-off.
Sheridan says the staff of assembly members have also been informed they will be expected to take eight-day unpaid furloughs.
