Intoxicated driving arrests
-- STEPHEN L. PHEN, 35, of 1310 Hamilton Ave., Janesville, at 2:44 a.m. Saturday at Court and Water streets, Janesville. Also ticketed for possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- CHRISTOPHER M. NUTTER, 22, of 4756 N. Conner Road, Janesville, at 7:01 a.m. Thursday at highways 51 and 14, Janesville Township.
-- RONALD W. MOORE, 38, of 3099 Spaulding Ave., Janesville, at 1:12 a.m. Wednesday at Oakhill Road north of Prairie Knoll Drive, Rock Township.
-- RICARDO MORENO, 26, of 1121 Beloit Ave., Janesville, at 1:57 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, at County G and Sunny Lane, Rock Township. It was reportedly his third offense. Also ticketed for fleeing an officer, operating after suspension, operating left of center and speeding.

-- WILLARD AVENUE AND JOLIET STREET, Janesville, at 7:27 p.m. Sunday, a car driven by Tonya M. Dallman, 26, of 1504 S. Osborne Ave., Janesville, collided in the intersection with a sport utility vehicle driven by Kenneth A. Russell, 26, of 1906 N. Washington St., Janesville. Dallman was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released. Russell was treated at Mercy Hospital and released. Russell's passenger, Courtney L. Shotwell, 21, of 1906 N. Washington St., Janesville, was transported to a local hospital. Russell's other passengers, Kasey A. Barlip, 3, of 1906 N. Washington St., Janesville, and Azalyn J.R. Barlip, 1, of 1906 N. Washington St., were transported to Mercy Hospital, but their conditions were not released because they're minors.
-- HIGHWAY 51 AND BELOIT-ROCK TOWNLINE ROAD, Rock Township, at 12:06 p.m. Thursday, a car driven by Nichole E. Smith, 22, Beloit, collided in the intersection with a pickup truck driven by Howard A. Franklin, 71, of 6219 S. Highway 51, Lot 1148, Janesville. Smith was ticketed for failing to yield right of way. Smith also was treated at Beloit Memorial Hospital and released.

-- BURGLARY reported at 6:29 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 1300 block of South Crosby Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen were a security box and a bottle of beer with a total value of $71.50.
-- BURGLARY reported at 6:38 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 1100 block of Monterey Lane, Janesville. Reported stolen was a handgun valued at $1,500.
-- STOLEN VEHICLE reported at 1:34 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Eagle Lane, Janesville. Reported stolen was a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu.
