JANESVILLE Janesville Parker High School lost twice to Middleton, 14-1 and 6-3, in Big Eight Conference softball here Saturday.
In Game 1, the Vikings were stopped on three hits, scoring their only run in the first inning. Middleton reached Parker sophomore pitchers Maggie Tracey and Leah Champion for 15 hits.
In Game 2, Parker managed seven hits, but suffered eight strikeouts.
Parker will travel to Sun Prairie for a 4 p.m. game Tuesday.
