-- TRACY M. WILLIAMS, 25, of 817 Milton Ave., Janesville, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at home on a charge of identity theft. Police say she is accused of using the identifying information of someone she knew to receive power and phone service.

-- BURGLARY reported at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday to an apartment in the 400 block of Benton Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen were a television and digital antenna with a total value of $80.
