-- ROBERT J. MARQUARDT, 44, of 108 W. Meadows Drive, Edgerton, at 2:06 a.m. Sunday at Highway 51 and Deer Run Park, Fulton Township. Also ticketed for speeding and operating left of center.

-- BURGLARY reported at 4:17 p.m. Sunday, April 26, to a barn in the 8900 block of North Vickerman Road, Milton. Reported stolen was 250 feet of stainless steel pipe valued at $4,000.
-- BURGLARY to an apartment in the 200 block of North Franklin Street, Janesville, reported Tuesday. Several DVDs were reported stolen.
Accidents
-- INTERSTATE 90/39 AND HIGHWAY 59, Fulton Township, at 11:35 a.m. Saturday, a van driven by Jessica L. Deininger, 21, of 5738 E. Eagle Drive, Milton, collided into the back of a car driven by Rebecca C. Cox, 32, Necedah. Cox was transported to a local hospital, but her condition was unavailable Tuesday.
