Selig will address Wisconsin graduates
MADISON Baseball commissioner Bud Selig will give the commencement address to University of Wisconsin graduates later this month.
The school in Madison said on Monday that Selig will speak at all four spring commencement ceremonies for undergraduates on May 16 and 17 at the Kohl Center.
Selig is a Milwaukee native who graduated from Wisconsin in 1956. He owned and was president of the Milwaukee Brewers before becoming commissioner in 1998.
Selig previously served on the advisory boards of Wisconsin’s La Follette School of Public Affairs and the Department of Political Science.
