Rock County

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DENNIS J. PORTER, 50, of 121 S. Main St., Janesville, at 8:50 p.m. Sunday at Court and Washington streets, Janesville.

-- JOSHUAH S. BERGENDAL, 30, of 7229 N. County F, Edgerton, at 7:35 p.m. Saturday on River Road south of Miles Road, Fulton Township. It was reportedly his third offense. Also ticketed for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and operating left of center.

-- KURT M. FULLMER, 49, of 411 W. Beloit St., Orfordville, at 5:29 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, on Clark Street north of Walnut Street, Orfordville. It was reportedly his third offense.

Arrests

-- SHAWN C. FRYE, 31, of 421 N. Chatham St., Janesville, at 9:15 p.m. Sunday in his home on charges of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

-- ANDREW C. EDDY, 21, of 167½ S. Jackson St., Janesville, and VICTOR GARCIA, 18, of 219 N. Marion Ave., Janesville, at 10:31 p.m. Saturday in the Rock County Jail on charges of battery by prisoner. Eddy and Garcia are accused of punching and kicking another inmate.

-- STOLEN VEHICLE reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Menard Street, Janesville. Reported stolen was a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado.

-- BURGLARY reported at 10 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Green Forest Run, Janesville. An iguana valued at $30 was reported missing.

-- BURGLARY reported at 5:30 a.m. April 20 at Filling Station, 611 N. Main St., Edgerton. A list of what was taken was unavailable.

-- BURGLARY reported at 9:40 a.m. April 20 in the 900 block of Sweeney Road, Edgerton. The victim reported $5,600 in damage to the home.

Accidents

-- VICKERMAN ROAD SOUTH OF HARTZELL ROAD, Lima Township, at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, a car driven by Alexander C. Beebe, 19, of 1024 Park Place, Milton, swerved off the road along a turn, striking a tree. Beebe was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and expired registration. Beebe was admitted to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

-- COUNTY Y AND TOWNLINE ROAD, Milton Township, at 3:13 p.m. Thursday, a pickup truck driven by Mitchell A. Trewyn, 17, of 4426 E. Palakwia Drive, Janesville, was involved in a three-vehicle crash with a car driven by Gaylord L. Hooker, 57, of 502 E. County M, Edgerton, and a sport utility vehicle driven by David C. Dillon-Angelakis, 19, of 5975 N. Jones Drive, Milton. Trewyn was ticketed for failure to yield at a stop sign. Trewyn and Hooker were treated at Mercy Hospital and released.

Fire calls

-- GARAGE FIRE at 3:58 a.m. Monday at 4325 N. Polaris Parkway, Janesville. A bird's nest atop an exterior light on the backside of this unattached garage is believed to have started the fire of this wood-frame storage shed. The fire was contained to the exterior of this building, insured for $27,000. A damage estimate was not available from Janesville Fire Department officials. The Milton Fire Department also responded to the scene with a tanker.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- NATHAN D. CAMPBELL, 20, Cedarburg, on Sunday in the 200 block of East Main Street, Whitewater.

-- RYAN L. MCDANIEL, 21, of Crest Hill, Ill., on Saturday on West Main Street, Whitewater.

-- AURELIO GONZALEZ CARRERA, 24, of 1380 W. Main St., Whitewater, on Saturday in the 200 block of North Tratt Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating after revocation.

-- ANTONIO GONZALEZ, 22, Fort Atkinson, on Friday on West Main Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and operating after revocation.

Green County

Intoxicated driving arrest

-- JASON R. CLARK, 26, Brodhead, at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday, in the 1000 block of West 3rd Avenue, Brodhead. It is listed as his second drunken-driving arrest. He also was cited on charges of fleeing an officer, operating after revocation and operating left of center.
