The Janesville Plan Commission is set to review architectural designs for a new parking structure to be built at North Parker Drive and Wall Street.

Community Development Director Brad Cantrell says downtown business owners expressed concern about the availability of parking during construction, but didn't voice concern about the building itself. He says as the proposal stands, parking inside the structure would be free instead of using a ticket system.

The four-level project is expected to cost around $4 million.
