Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ROY H. ROGERS, 24, of 1125 E. Detroit Ave., Janesville, at 4:40 a.m. Monday at Read Road south of County O, La Prairie Township. Also ticketed for unreasonable and imprudent speed. Rogers is accused of losing control of his vehicle and rolling off the road. Rogers was in fair condition Thursday in Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
-- CHRISTOPHER A. HEDGECOCK, 41, of 1512 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, at 1:08 a.m. Friday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of third-offense drunken driving.
Arrests
-- QUINCY A. HEVEL, 17, of 830 Harding St., No. 210, Janesville, was charged with felony bail jumping, obstructing an officer and identity theft-avoidance. The charges stem from an incident on March 1 when Hevel allegedly showed an officer a driver’s license that wasn’t his. The felony bail jumping charges were related to an earlier incident when Hevel was charged with theft and released on a signature bond. The March 1 incident violated the terms of that bond.

-- ATTEMPTED ROBBERY at 9 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of W. State St., Janesville, when a 13-year-old, who attends the Wisconsin School for the Blind, was jumped by three males who punched him in the stomach three to four times, according to police. The victim told police his attackers were looking for money. When he told them he didn’t have any, his assailants left, police said.
-- BURGLARY reported at 2:52 p.m. to a home in the 400 block of West Holmes Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were change and cigarettes with a total value of $40.
-- BURGLARY reported 8 p.m. Saturday, March 28 in the 500 block of South High St., Janesville. A purse and a photo album valued at $10 were reported taken.
-- PLACING FOREIGN OBJECTS IN EDIBLES reported at 4:50 a.m. Sunday in the 10800 block of Bowers Lake Road, Whitewater. A man reported that someone trespassed onto his farm and contaminated 8,000 pounds of fresh milk, slashed two silage bags and damaged the paint on a pickup truck. The reported damage was about $4,500.
Accidents
-- MILTON AVENUE AND REFSET DRIVE, Janesville, at 3:47 p.m. Thursday, a car driven by Amanda E. Phelps, 16, of 720 May Apple Drive, Janesville, collided into the rear of a car driven by David B. Waage, 55, Monroe. Waage was admitted to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released the same day.

-- NICHOLAS L. KELLER, 21, of 218 S. Franklin St., Whitewater, on Thursday on South Second Street. He also was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
-- MIGUEL CANCINO ESCOBEDO, 51, of 612 W. Walworth St., Whitewater, on Thursday on South Cottage Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

Walnut St., Janesville, felony party to burglary to building or dwelling, felony party to substantial battery by use of a dangerous weapon, six months in jail with Huber privileges with credit, three years probation, $220.
