Robber hits Lake Geneva hotel
LAKE GENEVA Police are looking for a man who robbed at gunpoint the night clerk at the Comfort Suites hotel early Thursday morning.
According to a news release from the Lake Geneva Police Department:
Police were called to the Comfort Suites, 300 E. Main St., at 12:18 a.m. Thursday for a report of an armed robbery.
A masked man entered the hotel, displayed a gun and demanded money.
The man fled on foot and was last seen heading east. He made off with an unknown amount of money.
The robber is described as a male in his late teens to 20s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, thin build, and about 180 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, black tennis shoes and black gloves with writing on them. He also was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up over his head and a black and white bandana covering his face.
