WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on the most popular book in Milton this week

RSS

The most popular book in Milton this week will be, "To Kill a Mockingbird".

That's the centerpiece of an event called "The Big Read". Arrowhead Library System Spokeswoman Martha Gammons says the effort is intended to bring a community closer together by reading and discussing the same book. The event has been successful in other communities, and appears to be gaining popularity in Milton.

Gammons says the library is already circulating 50 copies of the book.
