— A Beloit man accused of having sex with an Orfordville teen faces two felony charges of sexual assault of a child under 16.

Adam Michael Perkins, 36, Beloit, appeared in Rock County Court on Thursday and was ordered held in the Rock County Jail on $20,000 cash bond.

Parkview Junior High officials in February reported a child enticement incident, according to the criminal complaint.

Perkins was sending explicit test messages to several teen students, according to the criminal complaint, and he was having a sexual relationship with one of the students.

Investigators searched Perkins’ Beloit home and found sexually explicit videos of Perkins and the teen, according to the criminal complaint.

Perkins told investigators he met the girl at a campground in 2006, according to the criminal complaint.

This is to Carlitosway. A minor child cannot be in a sexual relationship with an adult. A then 34 year old man talked a vulnerable 11 year old girl into having sex. He needs to spend the rest of his life in jail with Bubba taking care of justice for us.

What is really sad about this is a family member went to the police and child protective services over 2 years ago and nothing was done. At least he is behind bars and put away hopefully for life. What punishment do the parents get??

Now if you read the milton teen arrest (Above post area in related stories). He forced himself on her and covered her mouth and was charged with 2nd degree sexual assault acording to the complaint filed. Now IMO that would be rape and should be 1rst degree right? What is 1rst degree if that is not? And it did not say felony. The girl in this article was in a sexual relationship with him. Now the other article was a forced assault an gets less of a charge not right!!!!!!

And the worst part about this is, he is way old enough to be her dad!!!!! But then again, there are dads that do this to their OWN little girls.
