Arrests
-- TERRY J. KNAPP, 23, of 116 Westridge Road, Janesville, at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 3200 block of Riverside Drive, Beloit, on charges of conspiracy to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also was arrested on a probation violation. Knapp later was arrested at 6:30 p.m. at the Janesville Police Department on a second charge of conspiracy to deliver heroin.
-- BRUCE A. MILSAP, 30, of 1203 White Ave., Beloit, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conspiracy to deliver heroin.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ELISEO A. RAMIREZ, 22, of 200 N. Washington St., No. 3, Janesville, at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at High and Milwaukee streets, Janesville. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
Accidents
-- CENTER AVENUE NORTH OF ROCKPORT ROAD, JANESVILLE, a vehicle driven by Haley L. M. Kaminski, 17, of 1915 Riverview Drive, Janesville, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Josette R. Stiegman, 44, of 1253 Center Ave., Janesville, at 7:37 a.m. Wednesday. Kaminski was reportedly transported to a local hospital, but her condition is unknown. Stiegman was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Kaminski was cited for inattentive driving, failure to fasten her seat belt and causing injury while knowingly operating while suspended.
