Age: 59
Address: W3127 MacLean Road, Elkhorn.
Job: Architect and owner of Kopecky Architects and Associates in Delavan.
Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture from UW-Milwaukee.
Community service: Member of the Town of Geneva Plan Commission, 1995.
Elected posts: Geneva Town Board chairman, 1999-2007; Geneva Town Board supervisor, 1995-99.
Major campaign issue: "Current irresponsible town leadership must go." Kopecky said the town board "wasted thousands of dollars in potential tax revenue" that would have been realized if a four-family residence at Highway 67 at Willow Bend Road had been approved. The board prevented the owners from improving their property and used taxpayer money to tear down their buildings.
