Address: 100 Evelyn Lane, Lake Geneva.
Job: Retired from Citizens National Bank
Education: Graduate of the Illinois Bankers School at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill.; graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison.

Elected posts: Lake Geneva municipal judge, 1995-97; Lake Geneva mayor, 1986-88; Lake Geneva Jt. 1 School Board, 1964-72.
Major campaign issue: “I’ve had several members of the community express concerns that lenient sentencing does not provide sufficient deterrent to offenders. My philosophy is that a strong municipal court can assist the police department in reducing vandalism, drug abuse and other violations.”
Henry A. Sibbing (I)
Age: 65
Address: 1031 W. Main St., Lake Geneva.
Job: Lake Geneva municipal judge.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles; Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles; master’s degree in counselor education from UW-Whitewater.
Community service: Former Rotary member; former member of the St. Francis de Sales School Board, 1990-92.
Elected posts: Lake Geneva municipal judge, 1997-present; Lake Geneva city attorney, 1980-96.
Major campaign issue: “The major issue in this campaign is which candidate is the most qualified and experienced to hold this office. With 35 years as a practicing attorney coupled with 10 years presiding over the Lake Geneva municipal court in a professional and effective manner, I submit that the voters will be best served by retaining the incumbent.”
