— Janesville police are investigating a shooting incident Thursday night in the area of Ravine and Terrace streets.

Witnesses heard around six gunshots around 9:30 and saw several subjects fleeing the area. Police say two houses in the area, one of them occupied, had two bullet holes each and a car parked in the area had one bullet hole in it.

Several subjects were stopped and questioned, but police have no suspects in custody at this time. They hope to learn more from witnesses who contact them through CrimeStoppers or direct contact.
