-- MT. ZION AND RANDALL AVENUES, Janesville, at 3:20 p.m. Sunday, a pickup truck driven by Kapria N. Cleaton, 16, of 3616 La Mancha Drive, Janesville, collided with a car driven by Jon D. Hess, 20, Sun Prairie. Hess and Jolyn J. Hess, 50, of 522 N. Parker Drive, Janesville, were treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

-- DEBRA R. PARRILLI, 45, of 6080 N. Rail Road, Lyons, at 12:55 a.m. Friday on Crawford Avenue at Haskins Street, Lake Geneva. It was reported as her second arrest on a drunken-driving charge. She also was cited for unsafe lane deviation.
-- JESSICA L. GAMBLE, 25, of 929 Marshall St., Lake Geneva, at 1:58 a.m. Thursday on Broad Street at Geneva Street, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for unsafe backing.
