-- COUNTY LINE ROAD AND COUNTY N, Lima Township, at 9:20 a.m. Monday, a car driven by Jessica M. Lopez, 29, Harvard, Ill., collided with a car driven by Steven R. Hanson, 53, Oregon. Lopez and Hanson were transported to a local hospital, but their conditions were unknown this morning.

-- BURGLARY reported at 1:51 p.m. Sunday to a home in the 100 block of West Highway 11, Rock Township. Reported stolen were jewelry, cash and other items with a total value of $9,855.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JUSTYN J. LABUTSKI, 53, Burlington, at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday on East Market Street in Elkhorn. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.


-- JAMES T. ROBERTS, 48, Burlington, at 1:36 a.m. Saturday at McDonald’s, 104 N. Wells St., Lake Geneva. It was reported as his sixth arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to obey a traffic signal. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge also has been referred to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office. Roberts was jailed.


-- ALAN S. BIELAWSKI, 44, of N1517 Grove St., Lake Geneva, at 12:48 a.m. March 4 on Lakeshore Drive at Main Street, Lake Geneva.


-- ROBERT H. WHINERY, 29, of 209 Kenosha St., Walworth, at 1:53 a.m. March 3 at McDonald’s, 104 N. Wells St., Lake Geneva. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

-- DAMAGE to the UW-Whitewater Student Government office in the James R. Connor University Center reported today. A window was reported broken. It is unknown if any items were taken.


-- DAMAGE to Hillmoor Golf Course on Highway 50 in Lake Geneva reported March 2. Two 14-year-old boys and a 12-year-old boy admitted to trespassing and vandalizing buildings and property at the golf course. Charges have yet to be determined.
