-- TINA L. HORSTMAN-BROWN, 46, of 315 S. Atwood St., Janesville, at 9:20 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Milwaukee Street on charges of child neglect, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- KAYLA J. STRAZDINS, 22, Belvidere, Ill., at 8:50 a.m. Saturday at County D north of Finley Road, Beloit Township.

-- ROBERT G. NODOLF, 62, of 4126 Sandhill Drive, Janesville, at 5:38 a.m. Sunday at Sharon Road north of County O, La Prairie Township. Nodolf is accused of driving off the road and hitting a concrete barrier.


-- AGGRAVATED BATTERY reported at 5:50 p.m. Saturday in the 8400 block of County KK, Milton. A man suffered rib and head injures after being struck by another man with a baseball bat, punched and kicked.

-- BURGLARY reported at 6:30 a.m. Friday to A & H Trucking, 324 Old Highway 11, Footville. A burglar reportedly entered the business and ransacked offices, but nothing was reported stolen.


-- VICKERMAN AND HARTZELL ROADS, Lima Township, at 5:41 p.m. Friday, a car driven by Dawn T. Hale, 50, of 8603 N. Bowers Lake Road, Milton, swerved off the road to avoid a collision and rolled into the ditch. The other driver never stopped and could not be found. Hale was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

-- HIGHWAY 26 AND MILTON-HARMONY TOWNLINE ROAD, Harmony Township, at 7:08 a.m. March 3, a sport utility vehicle driven by Lisa A. Whitehead, 40, of 5480 E. Clayshire Drive, Milton, collided with a vehicle driven by Laurie A. Rakow-Larson, 41, of 5648 N. McNichols Drive, Milton. Rakow-Larson was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- CHRISTINE E. BRITTON, 24, of 514 S. Pearl St., Janesville, on Saturday on West Whitewater Street, Whitewater.

-- ARTURO BUSTOS DIAZ, 26, of 1220 S. Pearl St., Janesville, on Saturday on West Walworth Street, Whitewater.

-- ABRAHAM RAMIREZ ZALAZAR, 28, of 257 S. Cottage St., Whitewater, on Friday in the 200 block of South Cottage Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating without a valid driverís license.


-- BURGLARY to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva St., Delavan, reported Friday. An undetermined number of small items were reported stolen. Minor damage to interior doors also was reported.
