-- FARON T. BRANDENBURG, 23, of 3520 N. County E, Janesville, at 1:45 a.m. Saturday in first block of South Main St., Janesville, on charges of substantial battery, obstructing and disorderly conduct. Also arrested in the same incident was JUSTIN T. KUEHNE, 25, of 1243 S. Washington St., Janesville, on charges of substantial battery, obstruction and disorderly conduct. The charges related to an incident in the 100 block of North Main Street when the two men allegedly kicked and hit a 24-year-old Janesville man. The victim was reported transported to Mercy Hospital for medical attention.
