-- PATRICK J. RYAN, 34, of 3625 E. Rotamer Road, Janesville, at 1:20 p.m. Thursday on a charge of burglary and theft. He is accused of stealing $50 in copper wire from a storage building at The State Group Industrial, 3009 E. McCormick Drive, Janesville.
-- ROREY R. HEINZEROTH, 25, Rockford, Ill., at 10 a.m. Friday at the Winnebago County, Ill., Jail, Rockford, on a bench warrant for failing to appear in Rock County Court on a previous charge of substantial battery.

-- BURGLARY reported at 5:41 a.m. Sunday to the back of a locked semitrailer truck parked in the 3200 block of Humes Road, Janesville. Reported damaged was a locking mechanism and padlock with a total value of $220.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- KARI L. ADAMS, 27, of 4009 N. County F, Janesville, at 1:02 a.m. Monday at Highway 51 and Fulton and Janesville Townline Road, Fulton Township. It was reportedly her second offense. Also ticketed for not registering her vehicle.
-- KEITH G. CARTER, 22, Beloit, at 1:40 a.m. Sunday at Highway 213 west of Hafeman Road, Plymouth Township.
-- MICHAEL R. WENDT, 22, of 820 Hilltop Drive, Milton, at 10:02 p.m. Friday at Goede Road and Highway 59, Fulton Township. Also ticketed for open intoxicants, unsafe backing and hit and run. Wendt is accused of backing into a vehicle.
-- JESSICA A. JOHNSON, 29, of 19 IKI Drive, No. 8, Edgerton, at 2:36 a.m. Saturday at Main and Jenson streets, Edgerton.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- CRAIG H. KRUPKE, 20, Albany, at 4:03 a.m. Friday in the W900 block of Bump Road, Albany Township. He also was cited for failure to maintain control.
-- ANGELA R. DOUGLAS, 29, Albany, at 2:19 a.m. Sunday on Highway 59 near County F, Albany Township. It is listed as her second drunken-driving arrest. She also was cited for speeding.
