-- THEFT reported at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of South Willard Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen was a $10,000 boat.

-- BURGLARY reported at 1:17 p.m. Sunday to an apartment in the 6200 block of South Highway 51, Janesville. Reported stolen was a 42-inch, flat-screen television.

-- THEFT reported at 11:27 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, from a business in the 10300 block of East County A, Janesville. Reported stolen was an all-terrain vehicle valued at $7,800.

-- ROBBERY reported at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Benton Avenue, Janesville. A 75-year-old man reported being robbed of his wallet. He reportedly knew the suspect.


-- ERIN R. HIRN, 28, of 9133 N. Dix Road, Milton, at 7:46 p.m. Monday at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, on a charge of possession of a narcotic and theft. Hirn is accused of stealing a bottle of hydromorphine from the Janesville Animal Medical Center, 5021 N. Highway 26, Janesville, and injecting herself with it. Hirn was taken to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, for treatment of a suspected overdose. She was treated and released.

-- BRIAN A. SCHMIDT, 25, no fixed address, at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at 1415 Maple Ave., Janesville. Janesville police arrested Schmidt on several charges, including three counts of manufacturing or delivering heroin, three counts of conspiracy to delivery heroin, delivery of an imitation controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver an imitation controlled substance. He also was arrested on a bench warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on an operating after revocation charge.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ALAN P. ROTAR, 46, of 2102 Excalibur Drive, Janesville, at 2:13 a.m. Saturday at Main and Milwaukee streets, Janesville.


-- HIGHWAY 14 AND MILTON SHOPIERE ROAD, La Prairie Township, at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Mark J. Madson, 57, of 8729 E. Little Lane, Clinton, collided with a vehicle driven by John K. Lubecki, 54, of 6929 E. Highway 14, Janesville. Madson was ticketed for inattentive driving. Lubecki was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

-- TARRANT ROAD AND COUNTY A, Harmony Township, at 5:23 a.m. Tuesday, a motorcycle driven by Michael P. Mullen, 46, of 4101 N. Tarrant Road, Milton, struck a deer and rolled over. Mullen was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

-- STONE FARM ROAD AND LONGVIEW COURT, Fulton Township, at midnight Saturday, a sport utility vehicle driven by Russell F. Le Fevre, 31, of 8289 N. Stone Farm Road, Edgerton, went off the road and struck an oak tree. Le Fevre was ticketed for fourth-offense drunken driving, seatbelt violation and knowingly operating while revoked. Le Fevre was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.
