JANESVILLE — The Janesville School Board expelled a high school student Tuesday.
The student was accused of battering another student.
The student is expelled through the end of the 2009-10 school year with no provision for earlier reinstatement.
This brings to 35 the number of students expelled this school year, compared with 38 at this time last year.
