--STATELINE ROAD AND HIGHWAY 140, Clinton Township, at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday, a sport utility vehicle driven by Troy T. Duncan, 19, Caledonia, Ill., went off the road and struck a culvert. Duncan was ticketed for drunken driving, open intoxicants in vehicle and driving too fast for conditions. He was treated at Beloit Memorial Hospital and released.
