-- TIMOTHY P. REBMAN, 30, of 16 S. Pontiac Drive, No. 2, Janesville, at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Valley Drive on a charge of possession with intent to deliver THC. He was also charged with violating his probation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- BURGLARY, reported at 1:51 p.m. Monday to two homes in the 3600 block of West Cemetery Road, Janesville. Reported stolen from one home were a microwave oven and vacuum cleaner valued at $575. Reported stolen from the other home were three portable heaters, four power packs, a home computer, and a boom box CD player valued at $1,860.
-- HIGHWAY 140 AND STATELINE ROAD IN CLINTON TOWNSHIP at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday. A vehicle driven by Troy T. Duncan, age unknown, Caledonia, Ill., missed the curve, went off the road and hit a culvert causing severe damage to his vehicle. He was taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital and later transferred to University Hospital, Madison, where he was listed in stable condition Wednesday. Duncan, who was arrested for operating while intoxicated, was not wearing his seatbelt and speed was a factor, according to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
