Parkview School Superintendent Steve Lutzke says plenty of security concerns for students are frequently talked about in the national news.
Earlier this year, a man wanted by police, simply walked into a Parkveiw School District building to hide out. Two years ago, when the Footville bank was robbed, a police search for the suspects forced a school lock-down.
Lutzke says added security measures will likely include keyless door entry with a buzzer system, and video surveillance.
