-- DRUG OVERDOSE reported at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 6200 block of South Highway 51, Janesville. A 30-year-old man reported taking five ecstasy pills and smoking marijuana, causing him to feel like he was having a heart attack. His vitals appeared normal.


-- STOLEN VEHICLE, reported Wednesday. A 1995 GM Sierra was stolen from Marling Lumber, 1236 Barberry Drive, Janesville, over the weekend and recovered down the street.


Arrests

-- A 12-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday at his home was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of burglary and theft. He is suspected of taking cash, a credit card and a driverís license from a home.


-- CHRISTOPHER M. LISSA, 34, of 2223 Sheridan St., Janesville, at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of physical abuse of a child.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAYS 213 AND 59, Magnolia Township, at 5:41 a.m. Monday, a car driven by Josh R. Riese, 22, of 207 Third St., Brodhead, swerved off the road and struck a tree. Riese told investigators he fell asleep. He was ticketed for a seatbelt violation. Riese was transported to a local hospital, but his condition was unknown Thursday.


-- COUNTIES H AND A, Center Township, at 4:14 p.m. Friday, a pickup truck driven by Glen D. Eckerman, 37, of 3441 W. Rollingwood Drive, Janesville, collided in the intersection with a truck driven by William R. Curtis, 40, of 1531 N. Little Road, Janesville. Eckerman was ticketed for failure to yield at a stop sign. He also was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ARTURO BUSTOS DIAZ, 29, of 370 N. Tratt St., Whitewater, on Sunday in the 200 block of North Tratt Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating after revocation.
