The program is free and again will be under the direction of varsity coaches at both schools. They include Ben McCormick and Mike Miller at Craig, along with Joe Dye and Ryan Masterson at Parker.

Dye will conduct a strength and speed training program at Parker that is designed for students entering grades 8 through 12. It will include strength training, speed sleds, speed chutes and plyometrics.
