An inside look at the Guantanamo Bay Strategic Detention Facility might surprise some people.

Navy Captain Todd Cabelka of Janesville has just returned from a 14-month tour of duty, and tells WCLO's Stan Milam show, some misconceptions include how interrogations are conducted. He says interrogations are voluntary, and detainees receive rewards like food, books, and time away from their cell.

He says of the 45,000 interrogations conducted, only a handful have been investigated for abuse.
