Janesville's Fourth Ward neighborhood will be busy with free family activities this weekend.

Kelly Lee, a neighborhood development specialist with the city, says the city is sponsoring a 3-D movie in Fourth Ward park Friday at dusk. She says the city will provide 3-D glasses, and popcorn for the movie "Fly Me to the Moon".

Saturday, kids from across Janesville will learn about bike safety during the bike rodeo at Wilson School. Lee says the bike rodeo also helps kids see that police officers are good community members. She says often, children only see police officers during a traumatic event. Events like the bike rodeo help children learn they can trust police and go to them if they're in trouble.

Last year, 150 children participated in the bike rodeo.
