-- JOHN J. O'DONNELL, 30, of 203 N. Palm St., Janesville, at 1:52 a.m. Saturday at Crosby Avenue and Court Street in Janesville. He also was cited for possession of marijuana, failure to signal and not wearing a seatbelt.
