Janesville police make heroin arrest

WCLO's Steve Benton reports on the latest arrests by the Janesville police department "Street Crimes Unit."

Janesville police take two people into custody and confiscate some heroin following a drug investigation by the street crimes unit.

Sgt. Jimmy Holford says 20-year-old David Walker was arrested for delivery of heroin near a city park, party to the crime of delivery of heroin and delivery of heroin. Twenty-nine-year-old Elena Casique Spade was arrested for two counts of delivery of heroin near a city park.

The arrests were made around 7:30 Wednesday night in the 500 block of East Memorial Drive.

This just seems like a never ending battle.
But keep up the good work. If we can develop a reputation as the county for quick arrests regarding heroin, it would be a bonus!!!
