-- A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY referred to juvenile authorities at 4:50 p.m. Monday on two counts each of burglary, party to attempted entry into a locked coin box and party to criminal damage to property and one count each of being a runaway and resisting. He is accused in connection with burglaries at an apartment building at 309 E. Memorial Drive, Janesville, and Janesville City Taxi, 830 Harding St., Janesville.

-- NINA M. YANCHIK, 35, of 1510 Ravine St., Janesville, at 11:40 a.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department on two counts of misappropriation of personal identifying information.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ALBERT J. BAKER, 39, of 1413 Lafayette St., Janesville, at 1:31 a.m. Saturday on Highway 11 west of County G, Rock Township. He also was cited for speeding.

-- DEBRA M. OLSON, 50, of 313 Higgins Drive, No. 21, Evansville, at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, on Church Street near First Street, Evansville. It is listed as her second drunken-driving offense.


-- VEHICLE FIRE at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday on the southbound Interstate 90/39 Exit 171A off-ramp. A Cadillac Escalade truck driven by Adrian Caballero of Plainfield, Ill., caught fire, causing the Wisconsin State Patrol to close the exit ramp for about a half-hour. The cause of the fire is unknown, and it totaled the vehicle, a State Patrol trooper said.

-- BRIAN A. KUKLINSKI, 26, Muskego, on Tuesday on West Main Street, Whitewater.

-- MUHAMED ALI LIMANI, 25, of 415 N. Jefferson St., Whitewater, on Sunday on West North Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating a motorcycle on a permit after dark.

-- JOSEPH ROBBINS, 26, of 109 Elm St., Delavan, at 2:36 a.m. Sunday on Center Street at Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for speeding.

-- CHRISTOPHER HINTZ, 24, Shawano, at 2:32 a.m. Sunday on Main Street at Center Street, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for operating after suspension, operating without required lamps lighted and resisting an officer.

-- GERALD M. WILCOX, 45, Waukesha, on Saturday on South Buckingham Boulevard, Whitewater.

-- NICOLE PIKE, 25, W1888 Bloomfield Road, Lake Geneva, at 1:25 a.m. Saturday on South Street at Wells Street, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for operating without required lamps lighted.

-- KEITH DOBNER, 21, Harvard, Ill., at 12:54 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Main Street, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-- JONATHON M. KRIIGEL, 26, of 11106 E. County MM, Avalon, on Friday on South Wisconsin Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating after revocation and reckless driving endangering safety.

-- COURTNEY HULL, 26, Burlington, at 1:47 a.m. Friday on Highway 50 at Highway 12, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

-- ANDREW T. RICHARD, 22, Hazel Green, on Thursday on North Fremont Street, Whitewater.

-- LINDSAY WHITE, 25, of 335 Oakwood Lane, Lake Geneva, at 4:40 p.m. July 22, in the 300 block of Oakwood Lane, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for hit and run and open intoxicants in motor vehicle.

-- MATTHEW T. MACHALEK, 22, Wheaton, Ill., at 1 a.m. July 20, on Shabbona Drive at Wauburn Drive, Fontana.

-- SHERRY K. KIRCHSCHLAGER, 43, 164 Conference Point Road, Williams Bay, at 1:20 a.m. July 19, in the 400 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Fontana.

-- JASON M. PERELLA, 28, Joliet, Ill., at 1:14 a.m. July 18, on Fontana Boulevard at Highway 67, Fontana.

-- MICHAEL A. KUMMER, 42, Evergreen Park, Ill., at 10:38 p.m. July 17, on South Lakeshore Drive, Fontana. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

-- LISA M. HELBIG, 42, West Dundee, Ill., at 10:52 p.m. July 15, on Shabbona Drive at Church Road, Fontana.

-- PATRICK G. BOHMANN, 54, Waukesha, at 2:20 a.m. July 12, on Highway 67 at Stearns Road, Fontana.

-- ZACHARY M. MCCORMICK, 21, of 1055 Briarwood Drive, Fontana, at 1:45 a.m. July 10, on Highway 67 at Fontana Boulevard, Fontana. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.


-- UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY reported at 1:25 a.m. July 20, in the 1000 block of Wells Street, Lake Geneva. Twenty people, ages 16 to 19, were cited for underage drinking. Offenders' addresses included Oak Park, Ill., Palos Heights, Ill., Evergreen Park, Ill., Joliet, Ill., and Chicago. Timothy J. Collins, 23, Bolingbrook, Ill., was cited for resisting an officer, and John L. Uremovic, 23, Joliet, Ill., was cited for obstructing an officer.
