-- MISAPPROPRIATION OF PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INORMATION reported at 12:42 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Westridge Road, Janesville. A man reported receiving a $1,432 cell phone bill in his name.


-- BURGLARY reported July 20 at Towne Country Club, 115 Jenson St., Edgerton. An undetermined amount of money and paperwork were taken. This is one of several burglaries to Towne Country Club in recent months, but police don't know if they're related, said Lt. Bob Bolgrihn with the Edgerton Police Department.


-- BURGLARY reported Sunday in the 100 block of East Milwaukee Street, Janesville. Taken were video games valued at $180.


Arrests

-- NINA M. YANCHIK, 35 of 1510 Ravine St., Janesville at 11:40 a.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of misappropriation of personal information.


-- 16-YEAR-OLD Janesville boy at 11 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of East Highway 14 on charges of financial transaction card crimes, five counts.


-- ELNORA L. FOREST, 46, Beloit, at 4:56 p.m. Friday at First National Bank, 2636 S. Highway 51, Janesville, on charges of identity theft and worthless checks. Forest is accused of trying to cash four checks on a closed account.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DIAN J. WYNN, 58, of 800 Elm Drive No. 216, Edgerton, at 4:49 p.m. Sunday at Dickinson Avenue and Elm Drive, Edgerton.


-- LISA L. SCHULTZ, 33, of 1024 Mildred Ave. No. 3, Edgerton, at 3:02 a.m. July 17 in the 500 block of East Fulton Street, Edgerton. It was reported as Schultz's fourth intoxicated driving offense.


-- OEUN LOEUN, 41, of 802 Center Ave., No. 3 at 10:56 p.m. Saturday at West Court and North Pearl streets.


Accidents

-- COUNTY A AND CROSS ROAD, Center Township, at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, a sport utility vehicle driven by Catherine A. Case, 37, of 1803 Mineral Point Road, Janesville, went off the road into the ditch. Case was transported to a local hospital, but her condition was unavailable Monday.


-- HIGHWAY 59 AND RICHARDSON SPRINGS ROAD, Fulton Township, at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, a car driven by Bailey E. Kundert, 16, of 1203 Brown Drive, Milton, collided with a car driven by Amy A. Kruckenberg, 29, of 11453 N Dondor Ave., Edgerton. Kundert was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. Kruckenberg was transported to a local hospital, but her condition was unavailable Monday.


-- COUNTY A AND ROHERTY ROAD, Center Township, at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, a car driven by Brittany A. Butzler, 17, of 8124 W. Mineral Point Road, Janesville, collided in the intersection with a sport utility vehicle driven by Jennifer L. Treinen, 17, of 9204 W. Seeman Road, Evansville. Butzler was ticketed for failure to yield from a stop sign. Butzler was transported to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, but her condition wasn't released because she is a minor.
