— A city man is accused of driving drunk with a child in his lap and two children in the back seat Thursday morning.

Julius R. Juniel, 24, of 613 Center Ave., was arrested on a charge of drunken driving with passengers under 16.

Department of Natural Resources Warden Mike Dieckhoff saw Juniel in the vehicle at Linn Street and Rockport Road, Janesville, with a child in his lap at about 10 a.m., according to a news release from the Janesville Police Department. He followed the vehicle to Juniel's home and saw that the 8-year-old child was steering, the release says. Dieckhoff called Janesville police for assistance.

Juniel also had a 6-year-old and 2-year-old in the back seat, the release says. He had a blood alcohol level of 0.24, three times the legal limit, the release says.

After the arrest was processed, Juniel was released to a responsible party, according to the release.

This loser is a Scooby Dooby Douch Bag. Why is it that oxygen thieves such as this guy are never infertile. All of these knuckle draggers are always there to ruin the lives of some helpless kids. It is the kids who will lose, not, "ORANGE you glad I didn't get into an accident JULIUS".

You could cut a finger off for every dwi conviction and you would still eventually see someone with 10 convictions steering with their elbows at 3 in the morning.
