-- A 13-YEAR-OLD BELOIT BOY at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday at Centerway and River Road was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of burglary and theft.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JULIUS R. JUNIEL, 24, of 613 Center Ave., Janesville, at 8:58 a.m. Wednesday at his home on a charge of driving drunk with a passenger younger than 16.

-- TAYLOR M. CAWKINS, 18, of 625 Saint Lawrence Ave., Janesville, at 1:07 a.m. Friday at Highway 14 south of Harmony Townhall Road, Harmony Township. Also ticketed for failing to yield from a stop sign, underage person transporting intoxicants in motor vehicle and open intoxicants in motor vehicle.


-- FOURTH-DEGREE SEXUAL ASSAULT reported at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday in a parking lot along Main Street, Janesville. A man reportedly touched a woman inappropriately outside her clothes.


-- SERNS ROAD AND OAKVIEW DRIVE, Milton Township, at 12:59 a.m. Sunday. A car driven by Jeannie M. March, 45, of 10020 N. Serns Road, Milton, swerved off the road and struck a tree. March remains in fair condition at Mercy Hospital, Janesville.

-- HIGHWAY 14 AND BURDICK ROAD, Janesville Township, at 3:34 p.m. Monday. A sport utility vehicle driven by John R. Smecko, 54, of 2926 N. Wright Road, Janesville, collided with a vehicle driven by Troy W. Wagner, 34, Brooklyn. Smecko was treated at Mercy Hospital and released.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- AMY ERSHEN, 19, Palatine, Ill., at 12:34 a.m. Sunday at McDonald's, 104 N. Wells St., Lake Geneva. She also was cited for operating without required head lamps.

-- ELLEN M. GUSTAVSON, 67, of 1145 Rolling Lane, Lake Geneva, at 12:25 p.m. Friday, at Lake Geneva Boulevard and Laurie Street, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for unsafe lane deviation.

-- RICHARD ALEXANDER, 69, W4121 Jerseyhurst Lane, Lake Geneva, at 11:36 a.m. July 16, in the 700 block of Main Street, Lake Geneva, after a traffic crash. He also was cited for reckless driving and operating left of center.
