Dragons sweep Beloit Snappers
DAYTON, Ohio The Dayton Dragons completed a three-game sweep of the Beloit Snappers with a 6-3 win Monday night in Midwest League action.
Beloit (9-15) led 3-2 in the fifth thanks to Michael Harrington’s third home run of the season, but Dayton rallied for the win with two runs in the seventh and eighth.
Matt Williams (1-2) suffered the loss after giving up two runs on three hits in one inning of work.
The Midwest League is off today.
Beloit will begin a six-game homestand Wednesday night when it hosts Cedar Rapids in a three-game series.
