Beautification is underway for the Rock County Fair

WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on preparations being made for the Rock County Fair

A crew of young people, along with volunteers, are working to beautify the Rock County Fairgrounds.

Fair Board Grounds Committee Chair Dick Zanzinger says it's a summer long job. He says this year, a little extra is being done, thanks to the revenue generated from renting space for a cell tower. He says cleaning, painting, and landscaping has been going on for three weeks, and will continue right up until the fair beings.

The fair opens July 28th.
