— The Town of Beloit has a working comprehensive plan for the next ten years. It includes details of population estimates, residential developments and proposals for traffic patterns.

Town Administrator, Bob Museus, says the Town Board okayed the plan at its Monday meeting.

The state will use this, and other comprehensive plans from towns, cities and municipalities, in its "Smart Growth" initiative.
