-- MATTHEW W. BERG, 26, of 20 N. Wisconsin St., No. 4, Janesville, at 11 a.m. Wednesday in his home on a bench warrant accusing him of failing to appear in Rock County Court on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

-- BURGLARY reported at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday to Monkey Business, 1915 W. Memorial Drive, Janesville. Reported stolen was about $5,400 in merchandise such as games, electronics and jewelry.
