A Rock County group is urging organizers of big summer events to restrict alcohol access to underage youth.

Partners in Prevention Director Kate Baldwin says with large crowds it's sometimes easy for youth to get alcohol. Baldwin suggests preventative measures like fences, wristbands, and I-D checks.

Baldwin says without restricting access, underage youth develop the perception alcohol is how to have a good time in Wisconsin.
